At IOP Beach Chair Co., our goal is to ensure every customer enjoys a safe, smooth, and fun rental experience. To help make that possible, we’ve established the following rental guidelines, which apply to all rental agreements:
PLEASE NOTE that at this time, rented LSV’s are NOT allowed into the Wild Dunes Resort.
The renter must be at least 25 years old and hold a valid driver’s license.
Your insurance is primary while you operate our LSV carts.
All drivers are responsible for following all applicable laws, regulations, and local ordinances while using the rented vehicle.
Park only in legal, permitted parking spaces. The Primary Renter will be responsible for the cost of any citations incurred during rental contract dates. An additional $100 fee will be added to any and all unpaid parking tickets.
Passenger limits must always match the manufacturer’s designated seating capacity—no exceptions. Ie. 6 passenger LSV holds a maximum of 6 passengers.
The consumption of alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited on all LSVs. Additionally, operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or any intoxicating substance is not allowed under any circumstances.
All renters are required to review, complete, and sign our rental agreement prior to receiving a LSV.
These guidelines are in place to protect both our customers and the community, ensuring everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience.
YOUR BOOKING IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL YOU COMPLETE AND SIGN OUR RENTAL AGREEMENT AFTER PAYMENT IS MADE. THE RENTAL VEHICLE CANNOT BE DELIVERED TO YOU UNTIL THIS DOCUMENT HAS BEEN SIGNED BY THE PRIMARY RENTER AND ANYONE ELSE THAT WILL DRIVE THE VEHICLE.
The Rental Agreement will be available to sign after your rental booking. This Rental Agreement will require the primary renter, as well as any additional drivers (maximum of 2 additional), to provide a valid driver's license as well as automobile insurance information. If there are any changes to your driver's license or automobile insurance prior to the actual rental, you are required to provide us with the updated information. You are responsible for all damage or loss you cause to others. You agree to provide automobile liability, collision and comprehensive insurance covering you, us, and the Vehicle. Where state law requires us to provide auto liability insurance, or if you have no auto liability insurance, we provide auto liability insurance (the “Policy”) that is excess to any other valid and collectible insurance whether primary, secondary, excess or contingent. The Policy provides bodily injury liability coverage and property damage liability coverage with limits no higher than minimum levels prescribed by the financial responsibility laws of the State whose laws apply to the loss. The Policy does not cover injury to you. If your automobile insurance policy does not cover your rental of this Vehicle, you are personally liable for all damage or loss you cause to yourself, other Vehicle occupants, the Vehicle itself, any third party, and any third party property. Regardless of insurance coverage, we reserve the right to charge you or your credit card for any and all damages to the Vehicle, including loss of use.
BY MOVING FORWARD WITH THIS RENTAL, YOU AGREE AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ALL DRIVERS MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE, AND MUST COMPLETE AND SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT. YOU AGREE THAT NO UNDERAGE DRIVERS, UNAUTHORIZED DRIVERS, OR PERSONS UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL, DRUGS, OR OTHER INTOXICATING SUBSTANCE WILL BE ALLOWED TO OPERATE THE VEHICLE.
