We do not issue refund for inclement weather, unless it is a named hurricane and local authorities have issued an evacuation and/or is we are unable to set up chairs on the beach safely.

This is the web site of Isle of Palms Beach Chair Company. We collect user information voluntarily provided by the consumer given during the course of making a purchase. This information is kept for internal marketing purposes only and will not be resold or otherwise transmitted to third parties. Credit card information is not stored on our servers once an order has been fulfilled.

Other data automatically collected by our web server does not contain any personal information and is used for tracking and website improvement only.

We use cookies to store visitors’ preferences, record session information such as items that consumers add to their shopping cart, record user-specific information on what pages users access or visit.

We offer refund on a case per case basis. If we made a mistake and your order was not set up, we will issue a refund. Please see “Cancellations” for our weather policy.

We do not issue refunds for rain.

All products and services received from Provider may only be used for lawful purposes. The laws of the State of South Carolina and the United States of America apply.

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Provider from any claims resulting from the use of our products or services.

Provider reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
