Cancellations & Refunds:

Cancellations made 24 hours prior to your rental start date may be eligible for a refund.Cancellations made within 24 hours will not receive a refund. Refunds will not be issued for inclement weather unless we are unable to fulfill the rental due to unsafe conditions.

Renter agrees and acknowledges that he/she is aware of the danger of extreme winds and the harm they could cause to the chairs or persons. It is renter’s responsibility to be aware of changing weather conditions and exercise his/her best judgment.
